Peter Jacobs Fine Arts Imaging is a full spectrum imaging service tailored to meet the needs of museums, galleries, artists, designers, publishers, and students in the 21st century.
I have owned and operated Fine Arts Imaging for over 25 years, serving the Tri-State (N.Y., N.J., Conn.) area. Fine Arts Atelier Giclee print-making is available across the country now for 10 years. Over that time, I have maintained a level of excellence along with affordable pricing.
Fine Arts Imaging is a fully equipped studio with a custom designed traveling studio for location services. I work in all camera formats (35mm, medium format, 4x5, 8x10), as well as specializing in reproduction quality digital imaging. Imaging of artwork, products and interiors are available with both SLR digital cameras and direct high resolution scanning to insure the best possible output. I personally handle all communication with clients from start to finish.
Fine Arts Imaging has offered web design and site maintenance for over 9 years. I specialize in developing artist's sites, working very closely with each clients specific aesthetics and visual narratives. Please view some selected webites as examples.
I founded the Fine Arts Atelier in 1998. My state of the art Gicleé Printmaking Studio offers artists, galleries and museums the finest quality prints of their art. Each work is individually accessed as to the best process to realize a faithful and stunning print. There is a wide variety of printmaking papers and canvases which are carefully matched to the original artist's medium and aesthetic. Prints can be as large as 44" x 72". The inks and paper/canvas media are archival and rated to last 120 years.
